This Tokyo-inspired residence is to seamlessly blend the distinct characteristics of Tokyo and Kyoto, capturing the essence of both cities in a single dwelling. By incorporating elements that evoke the coast, connect major cities, provide tranquility, celebrate Japan's beauty, and emphasize impermanence, the design aims to create a unique and deeply personal space that reflects the client's profound connection to Tokyo while honoring the serene spirit of Kyoto. This house will serve as a sanctuary that brings Tokyo home and reminds the client to cherish each moment, just as she cherishes her beloved cities.
